AFTER DARK

Each of our events involves 5 or more performers, we are fully self contained with our own PA system, we bring all the detective equipment that your guests will need including : notepads, pens and information - all presented in our specially made Murder Menus, and we also provide specially engraved trophy plates for both the winning and losing teams. The support from After Dark doesn't stop there though!
In order to help you promote your event we can provide you with press releases, brochure blurb, pre designed poster and brochure insert jpeg or adobe files. High res quality publicity shots, inclusion on our website, in our newsletter and on our social networking sites. You'll also have be able to call our media team at the office at any time if you ever need any advice.
Prior to the performance we will send through a running order to the team at the venue so they'll know exactly what is happening and when and we'll liaise directly with whoever is running the room on the night to ensure that your murder runs smoothly and seamlessly making an enjoyable and stress free evening for all!. If it's your first event we can even provide a venue liaison who will work with your team throughout the night to help you along.

7pm - Your guests begin to arrive and enjoy a pre-dinner drink whilst the suspects begin mingling with them to introduce themselves and the plot
7.30pm - The guests are shown through to the main dining area and seated where all final orders are taken and the murder begins with an introduction by the Inspectre and the first scene of evidence.
7.50pm - The first course is served and the suspects are interrogated by the guests.
8.30pm - Once all guests have finished their first course and we have been given the go ahead from you, the mystery continues with a second scene of evidence.
8.50pm - The main course is served and the suspects once more mingle in the room and are interrogated by the suspects.
9.45pm - Once all guests have finished their main course and we have been given the go ahead from the venue the final scene of evidence is presented.
10pm - Dessert is served and the guests have one final chance to question the suspects.
10.15pm - The Inspectre tests the guests on their observation skills by asking that all important question - 'Whodunnit?'
10.30pm - After the sheets have been marked and the scores have been tallied, the killer is revealed and trophies are presented to the super sleuths of the night!
11pm - The event is over and justice is served!

NB - Timings are approximate and reliant on speed of service and at which the guests eat.
Timings are also adaptable so that the evening can begin earlier or later than 7pm

7pm - Your guests arrive for pre-show drinks and the suspects begin mingling with them to set the scene.
7.30pm - The mystery begins with an introduction by the Inspectre and the first two scenes of evidence.
8.00pm - The buffet is served and the suspects mingle with the guests and undergo questioning and interrogation.
9.00pm - The final scenes of evidence take place.
9.20pm - The suspects are subjected to a rigorous round of hot seat questioning from the suspects, led by the Inspectre, they must answer the guests' questions to the entire room.
9.45pm - The Inspectre tests the guests on their observation skills by asking the all important question - 'Whodunnit?'
10pm - Once the scores have been tallied, the killer is revealed and the trophies are handed out to the super sleuths of the evening.
10.30pm - The event is over and justice is served!

As each Exclusive Event is different dependant on the style and theme of the show and the venue or location we perform at, we will liaise directly with the organiser of each Exclusive Event to ensure that we have created the perfect format just for you.
Separate cue sheets and running orders are provided to Exclusive Event organisers and venue owners prior to each exclusive murder mystery event and our dedicated venue liaisons are on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that guests and suspects are always in the right place at the right time to witness the evidence, enjoy their food and solve the crime.
