AFTER DARK EXCLUSIVE EVENTS

Fully immersive Murder Mystery events for the true aficionados of criminal conundrums. Specifically written as one off productions for the venues that they are being performed at, each event utilises multiple rooms and areas throughout the venue to allow you, as the detective, to look for visual clues, interrogate suspects, take in the evidence and attempt to solve the crime as it happens around you in real time.

Unlike our cabaret murder mystery dinner shows which include singing, dancing and madcap comedy characters, our exclusive murders focus on making the mystery as real and as immersive as possible so our guests feel the event unravel around them and experience what it is like to be a true super sleuth.

Say the wrong thing to a suspect and they may refuse to answer your questions, decide not to look in a certain room and you may overlook an important visual clue, disregard two suspects having a private conversation and you may miss out on eavesdropping on vital evidence. You must truly keep your wits about you to solve whatever crimes may occur.

In 2012 take a trip on the East Lancs Express to discover mysteries in the American Old West, The peaceful confines of a Thirties English Village or a halloween train of terror.

Departing from the award winning and historic Bury Train Station your journey includes a delicious three course meal on the Pullman Dining Experience and takes you through to Rawtenstall and back again with stops on the way to uncover evidence and search for clues.

Let us transport you back in time to the 1930s to this opulent country house where you are invited to an evening of mystery and intrigue.

In 2011 our guests were invited to solve two murders and uncover the thief of an ancient Egyptian pendant. Join us on Nov 16th 2012 as all new mysteries befall the remaining members of the D'Arque family and their guests. You are invited to enjoy a delicious three course meal from Karen Rhodes Exclusive Event Caterers and explore the ground floor of this real life country house in order to solve a series of brand new cryptic conundrums and crimes.

After the success of our Exclusive Medieval Murder Event in May 2011, After Dark are returning to the historic Lancaster Castle on 12th May 2012 with an all new mystery for you to solve to mark the anniversary of the Pendle Witch Trials.

Enjoy the experience of watching the evidence unfold in the glorious courtroom surroundings of the Shire Hall and then search for clues and interrogate suspects in the tower or cells below whilst enjoying a delicious hot pot supper.

This Halloween prepare for a mystery like you've never seen before at Samlesbury Hall as we take you into a world of Witchcraft and Murder.
The Hall is open from 6-10 and sleuths can turn up at anytime to search for the mysteries that are hidden within the walls of this historic venue in order to find out the secrets that lie behind a years old halloween curse.
With puzzles to solve, suspects to interrogate and spells to decipher it is like being flung into your own adventure game where only you can be the hero and become the super sleuth of the day.
